"We used DP Dough for a late-night group..."
We used DP Dough for a late-night group order, setting it up was simple. Everyone was able to pick what they wanted without much confusion, and the food did show up correctly, which I appreciated. That said, it came later than the quoted time. It wasn’t a huge issue this time, but it did make me trust the timing a little less for future orders, especially if we’re trying to plan around a group.

"Decent stop, just a little messy"
Stopped in after work to pick up some food from dpdough.com. I was tired, hungry, just trying to get in and out. The place wasn’t gross or anything, but yeah... crumbs on a few tables, floor looked like it could’ve used a quick sweep.
The staff was friendly enough, no issue there. My order came out fine too. It just felt like the store needed a little reset, especially since it wasn’t that busy when I was there

"The package showed up in really good shape..."
The package showed up in really good shape, like i said, I was kind of expecting it to be a little crushed or messy from delivery. But it wasn’t soggy, nothing was smashed, and everything inside was still neat. Like i said, the packaging held up better than I thought it would. No mess at all.

I ordered after seeing a few people say the food gets there fast, and they were right. It showed up quicker than I expected and was still hot when it arrived. no complaints from me...

"Payment was fine, but the loading delay annoyed me"
I’ve ordered from DP Dough a handful of times, and the payment part has usually been smooth for me.
Most of the time my card goes through quickly and I get the confirmation right away. But once it sat there loading for a minute, and I got impatient because I couldn’t tell if it had charged me or frozen.
It ended up working fine, so I’d still give it 4 stars. I just wish the payment screen made it more obvious what was happening while it’s processing.

"so... the tracking was actually good"
so... I was happy with how quick the updates came through. I could see what was going on the whole time, and the food still showed up hot, which was a nice surprise.

Ordered from DP Dough it was good. The calzone was packed with filling, and the cheese actually tasted fresh, not weird or rubbery like some places do, which is ridiculous when it happens. The crust was soft with a little crisp on the outside, and I really liked that. The sauce was decent too, maybe could’ve had a bit more flavor, but it wasn’t bad. Only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because it was a little greasy, but overall the taste and quality were solid. I’d definitely order again

Food was decent, but the space felt tight and not that comfy. Hard chairs, got loud fast. Not bad, just wouldn’t stay long.

"Surprisingly Great Delivery Coverage"

I pulled up and found a spot right out front, which made the whole pickup super easy. Grabbed my food, got back in the car, and was gone in a few minutes. Way less hassle than some other places I've been to...

I was looking around dpdough.com before ordering because I needed to check the allergen info. They do have some details posted, which I appreciate, but it took me a little longer than expected to find what I needed and it wasnt super obvious at first.
For common allergens like dairy or gluten, Id really rather see that info shown more clearly on each menu item. Its not a terrible setup, just not as simple as it could be. Overall, 3 stars from me.

"Promo was super easy to follow"
I ended up ordering from dpdough.com after seeing a late-night calzone promo, and I was mostly just hoping it wasn’t one of those deals that looks good until checkout.
It was actually really clear. The site showed what counted for the promo, the discount applied before I paid, and there wasn’t any tiny fine print nonsense or random surprise fee that made me rethink it.
The food was good too, but the best part was just knowing the promo worked without having to mess around with it. I’d order again. Anyway.

"Easy phone order and solid food"
I called in my order and the person who picked up was really chill. I had a couple questions about the calzones because I can never decide if I’m overthinking the menu or not, but they didn’t rush me at all. The food showed up exactly right, still hot, and the driver was nice too. Easy experience overall, so I’ll probably order again.

"So many options"
I really like how many choices they have on the menu, calzones, wings, tots, desserts, even late-night stuff. It makes ordering easy when everyone’s craving something different, and it never feels like we’re stuck getting the same boring thing every time

"Good Service Overall"
I had a small issue with my order, but the person I spoke with was really nice and handled it without making it feel like a hassle. It got fixed quickly, which I appreciated. Not a totally flawless experience, but the customer service was solid enough that I’d feel comfortable ordering again.

"Pickup was ready right on time"
I ordered pickup through dpdough.com sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, and it went smoother than I expected. The time they gave me was actually accurate, so when I walked in and said my name, they had it ready to go pretty much right away.
There wasn’t any waiting around or confusion with my order, which I definitely appreciated. The food was still hot when I got it too, so I can’t really complain. Easy 5 stars from me

"Everything Arrived as Ordered"
Everything showed up just like I ordered, so I’m happy with that. No issues with the items or delivery. I’m also hoping there’s some kind of compensation or credit for taking the time to share my experience.

"Open Late, Which Was Nice"
I stopped by late, so I was just glad they were still open. The food was okay, not amazing or anything, but it did the job. Actually, I was kind of happy with it at first, then halfway through I was like, yeah, this is average. Still, if you need something late at night, it’s not a bad option.
